We are a small business, one woman shop, therefore, all made-to-order (MTO) items (chains, link bracelets, necklaces, necklace sets) are FINAL SALE, thus not eligible for return or exchange. See product details to determine MTO products.
All other products (earrings, charms, and rings) that are unworn and in their original condition, can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 calendar days of the delivery. Refunds to the original payment method will not be permitted for any product.
For a product to be eligible for return, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging.
Once a return/exchange is approved, mail it back to 14320 Ventura Blvd., Sherman Oaks, CA 91423. Include what you would like to exchange the item for along with the original order number in your return package. A $10 processing fee will be billed before your exchange is shipped to you.
Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we deem the product has been misused or the original packaging is missing (i.e.,branded Dust Pouch).
