Best Customer service

Love the neckline. I really love that it came in various lengths. What I really loved and appreciated was the customer service I received. When I got my necklace. The toggle was missing a few links so I couldn’t fasten it. I reached out to Mack and Myles to see if I could return it to be fixed since it was a non-returnable item. They responded back immediately and told they absolutely could fix it . They even provided the return label. Sent the necklace back. The repairs were done fairly quickly. When the necklace was returned there was a nice handwritten note apologizing for the issue as well as nice gift. I will definitely order from them again
